With an experienced events crew, who are on point when it comes to tailoring an event for your specific needs and who are dynamite when it comes to delivering high quality service.  The Clip ‘n Climb Phillip Island  functions crew will provide an exceptional all ’round experience, from the vertical challenges to the board room details accompanied by awesome food and drinks packages essential for any corporate event.

Whether you want to hire the whole venue or just a specific meeting space, or if you need our team to organise every last detail, we can tailor a quote to meet your specific corporate function or event requirements.

PACKAGE ONE –  Base Camp

The “base camp” of a mountain is an area used for staging an attempt at the summit. Base camps are positioned to be safe from the harsher conditions above

Minimum 20 climbers $16 per person, 1 hour climb session plus 15 minute safety briefing and harness fitting

Add ons:

  • $6 Coffee and slice per person
  • $5 Virtual Reality Experience (pods) per person
  • $20 food package per person
t&cs booking must be paid in advance on one account (no split payments) minimum spend $320. [not available off peak-Mondays]

 

PACKAGE TWO –  The Biv(v)y

In the mountaineering context, a bivouac or “biv(v)y” is a makeshift resting or sleeping arrangement in which the climber has less than the full complement of shelter, food and equipment that would normally be present at a conventional campsite.

Private 1 hour climb session for your group, plus 15 minute safety briefing and harness fitting Organised speed wall challenges, challenge scorecards, climbing demonstration.  Minimum spend $560

Add ons:

  • $6 Coffee and slice per person
  • $5 Virtual Reality Experience (pods) per person
  • $20 food package per person

PACKAGE THREE –  The Summit

Minimum 30 climbers.  Private 1 hour climb session for your group, plus 15 minute safety briefing and harness fitting.  Organised speed wall challenges, challenge scorecards, climbing demonstration. 60 minute unlimited Virtual Reality gaming experience for group. Dedicated host.   45 min room booking with food package. Minimum spend $1240

Food package Pizza Option

  • Choice of pizza (vegetarian, meat lovers, hawaiian, margherita) (gf available)

  • Selection of cold drinks (water, soft drinks, juice)

Food package healthy Option

  • Choice of wraps (ham salad, crispy chicken, vegetable)
  • Fruit platter

Food package Breakfast/morning tea Option

  • Choice of egg muffins (bacon-cheese,  tomato-spinach-mozzarella, garlic-mushrooms-peppers)

t&cs booking must be paid in advance on one account (no split payments) minimum spend $1240 (any additional guests over 35 pax $45 per head each block of 30 climbers adds a 1 hour climb) [Available every day, Public Holidays will incur a 20% surcharge]
